Do I need any boxing experience?

Not at all. Most women in our classes started as complete beginners. Coaches teach the fundamentals step-by-step in a supportive, welcoming environment, and there's no required sparring.

Are the classes really women-only?

Yes. Box & Burn and Sculpt & Strong are dedicated women's-only classes — a comfortable, no-ego space to learn to box, get strong, and build confidence alongside other women. You're also welcome in any of our co-ed classes if you prefer.

Will I have to spar?

No. Sparring is completely optional. Most members train for fitness, skill, confidence, and stress relief without ever sparring.

What should I bring to my first class?

Comfortable athletic clothing, running shoes, and a water bottle. If you don't have wraps or gloves yet, we'll help you get set up.

Where are you located?

We're at 283 Bering Ave in Etobicoke, in Toronto's west end — minutes from Mimico, New Toronto, The Junction, Bloor West Village and High Park, with free on-site parking.

Can I try a class before committing?

Yes. New members can train for three consecutive days free — try the women's classes, meet the coaches, and feel out the community before joining.
