Not every young athlete who trains here is a competitor — and they're never expected to be. Our six-level Boxing Band System® measures more than technique. Coachability. Focus. Attitude. The life skills that make a champion outside the ring.
Powered by West End Athletic Club's Band System®. This non-contact program teaches boxing fundamentals. Beginner Levels 1–3: straight-line and lateral movement, the six basic punches, and basic defense.
